The percentage of each plan refers to the fee charged during each stay. This means that for each reservation, 15%, 20% or 30% is charged, depending on the plan you have chosen.
All our plans have professional photo and video, profile and ad creation, cleaning service, calendar update, monthly property report, reservation management, evaluation, check-ins, check-outs and communication with guests and information guide. The difference in each are more complete services, as in the case of Premium and VIP.

SET UP AN APPOINTMENT
The first step is to schedule an appointment with us the day and time that suits you best. Once this step is completed, one of our experts will visit your property, take professional photographs, provide you with the contract and take the keys. We will answer any additional questions you may have
PROFILE CREATION
We create your profile on different platforms, optimize prices, edit taken photographs, write an attractive description including the best attributes of your property and manage your listing to stand out in the crowded market
RESERVATION MANAGEMENT
Away from Home manages all of your guest bookings, welcomes every guest in-person, is available 24/7 for guests, manages housekeeping and handles guest reviews before and after every stay
